Student Discount won’t Renew

As the title says, every time I try to reverify the fact that I’m a student, it doesn’t work. It just sends me to the main settings page.

So far, I’ve tried using a private tab, erasing cookies, and cancelling my subscription and renewing it (Which moved my payment date from 3/26 to 2/28, which I’d also like to fix :/). Nothing has worked so far. Please help

Thanks for reaching out.

Please note that you can only renew your discount in the last 30 days before it expires, so please check your student discount confirmation email from last year and make sure you're trying within this window. 

Regarding your billing date, you'll need to go through the same process (cancel and resubscribe) to change it. More info on this here.
