Hi,
I created order no. 528001043565077 and started the SheerId Verification.
Today I have received mail that my verification had been seccusfully completed.

I clicked on the Spotify logo,
and saw the error message: 
It looks like your credit card not works, or your bank has technical difficulties (...)
so I typed my other credit card credentials and clicked Continue button.

Unfortunatelly, the SheerID returned me message, that this offer was used before.

Can You check this out for me?

I am sure that no-one used my link to register his account.

Hey @KerbenII! - Welcome to the Community & Thanks for posting!

From what you have described I think that when the first card failed and the error message was displayed it failed, that then has now expired the link.

 

I'd suggest you contact SheerID and request a new link and explain that your payment failed triggering the link to expire, they should be able to check there internal systems!

I send them support request and will inform about the progress.

However, this is a bit weird, that Spotify can not handle payment failure without expiring SheerId Verification.

Hey @KerbenII!

Spotify use Sheer to prove your Education Status, the link works once for reasons such as you could send the link to someone who doesn't qualify.

Once you get this back, I'd try the payment again..

Unfortunatelly it does not solved my issue.
SheerID keeps claiming that this is not their case - They checked my ID and give me access.

Spotify, on the other hand do not allow me to change my CC details (and my bank, do not allow Spotify to process payment, cause Spotify is not sending CVC).
