Student payment problem

Hi, i have bought student payment, i get error but in my card not are my money.. i paid 5 euros but non receive the premium

what country are you purchasing from?

My guess is that if the premium features didn't come through, the payment is merily a locked amount in your bank that will be returned once the bank unlocks it. If this does not happen within the next 4 days then you should contact the spotify staff directly

The issue here is: Why did you get an error in the first place? Could you expand on this error? Could it possibly just be a case of letting spotify sync your devices to the premium features?

I contaci spotify and sheerid and is because in not join in this requirements. And wait for refund. It's only for IV college and university.
