Trying to renew my student status and it tells me my birth year is nit acceptable.

Trying to renew my student status but it says my birth year isnt acceptable. It's the correct year, im more than old enough to have an account and its the same year that's on the account itself. Anyone know why this is an issue? I notice this same issue has been going on for people, but I never see a solution.

I am sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Can you try verifying your student status using a different browser or private window? If that still doesn’t work, then I’d recommend following the steps provided here.

Keep in mind, that SheerID manages the entire verification process so if those steps don’t work - it will be best to submit a help ticket with them. They’ll take a closer look and do their best to help.
