Verification on family account

A verification mail for family account had sent to me a week ago but I couldnt able to see this messages for some private problems.Now, i see that i've been thrown away the premium account and i can't get it again. How can i fix this? Thats a big bug for the app.Please solve it immediatly..

I suggest you contact the Spotify support team directly by using the contact form or @SpotifyCares on Twitter. If you can provide them with proper verification, they will help you to join the family subscription again.
