i can’t subscribe to a premium’s student

Hello, first of all I'm french so my english isn't perfect sorry.

Let me explain what's wrong with my account. 

Last year, I created an account. I had Spotify premium student and no problem. Recently, I recreated a new account because i lost the another one (yes, i'm an head in the clouds...). I had my student status checked, but at the moment to pay, it tolds me that I have already had three free months. it does not matter. Except that it blocks me and I can not access my student subscription. How can I do ? Even if I pay immediatly ?

using an incognito page.

Clear cache and cookies before visiting and try running the process again.

Hi @agathep1,

sorry to hear that didn't help.

Due to the fact you have already had a Premium for Students account i would not recommend trying to create a new one but to activate the one you had.

There are limitations on the amount of resubscription one user can have on the plan.

Please check out this help page for further info on the Premium for Studens plan.
