paypal for student account

Hi ,i'm a student and i dont have a credit card (just a paypal account connected to a debit bank account) and i have just realised that i can't pay with this paypal account to get a student premium but i can pay for a basic premium. So if i subscribe a basic premium and then apply my student reduction will it works ? i mean will i be able to pay with my paypal and get the reduction ? or  i'm forced to link a credit card to my paypal account ?

Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately, Paypal is still an unavailable method for the student discount at this time.

To be on the student discount plan you would need to use an accepted credit card to pay or remain on the regular premium plan to use Paypal.
