My Question or Issue

 I am a New Zealand student now taking an exchange in Norway. I recently joined Spotify and would like to upgrade my account to premium, but I do not have a Norwegian bank account and I cannot seem to change the region/country setting to New Zealand in my profile. Is there a solution for my situation?

Your account’s country settings need to match the country of your university, and your payment method needs to have also been issued in that same country.

The problem here for me is that I cannot change my country setting. There's no other option than Norway for me. How do I change it?

Okay, so your university is in New Zealand? 

If that's the case, you'll only be able to sign up to the Student Discount when you're in NZ. Otherwise, you won't be able to.
