Not able to verify direction

Trying to invite my mother to the family plan, says that spotify has not been able to verify that she lives in the same house as me. I tried to do it many times but always the same. What I can do? I even try to edit my address but I can not find it anywhere within my account settings.

Try creating a new account and make sure you put your home adress as the main adress. Goodluck!
