My Question or Issue

 
My account has recently been removed from a SPOTIFY family subscription.
I ask the owner of the Family account to send me a new invitation to join again the subscription but it doesn't work. I got this issue message (in french): Vous ne pouvez pas rejoindre cet abonnement Spotify Famille. (You can not join this Spotify Family subscription)
 
We all are living in the same place, it's a flatshare account owned by one of my flatmate. Two other of my flatmates are on this family account and didn't have any issues for now.
 
Can you help me to understand the situation ?

Don't worry - this is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening backstage.
