Can't add family member

Can't add family member

When my son tries to accept the invitiation that I sent, it takes us to the payment screen we can't enter in the number to redeem the subscription.

Hey @NAWHITAKER2, welcome to the community!

 

To join the Premium for Family plan, your son just has to click the "Accept invite" button on the email he received. It should automatically take him to the page to validate the address.

 

If the page isn't loading or if he's getting any error messages, ask him to try clearing the browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again.
