Changed from Premium to Family

Changed from Premium to Family

Hey everybody,

I changed my accound from premium to family. Everything was good, I invited my family members and they were no problems to connect. 

But now I realize that I pay for both, 9,99€ for premium and also 14,99€ for family. And if I take a look at my account overview there is the message that I have an premium account.

I would be thankful for answers.

When did the charges happen?

 

When we upgrade our subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, our payment date will likely be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription we were on.

 

You can track all this on your Subscription page

 

Maybe that's what happened to you.

It says that I have premium and not permium family.

Well, you might have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
