Family Sharing: message “Listen on this phone”

My Question or Issue

I bought a new phone and passed my old phone to my partner. 

Since then, when I use Spotify I receive the message “You are listening on XXX iPhone”, with the option to “Listen on this device”.

My partner also receives the same message. 

How is can we fix this issue. It was not happening before We upgraded phones.

This looks like you two are using the same account. On the Premium for Family plan, everyone get’s their own account so that no interruptions occur up to 5 other members besides you.
