Today I invited several family members and when they click on the button in the email in which they can accept the invitation they get forwarded to the website and a red-message appears with the content: "Impossibile aderire a questo piano famiglia. Riprova cliccando sul pulsante ACCETTA INVITO presente nell'e-mail. Se non funziona, chiedi al titolare del piano di inviarti un nuovo invito.", which is italian and means that it is not possible to join this family...

What can we do? We all have the same ZIP code.
