can't add a family members. says that can't be possible to verify the adress

After searching for a while at this forum, i cannot find a solution.

Im facing this annoying trouble and getting angry with Spotify to make the solution so complicated. 

Im trying to add a family member and says that the adress canoot be verified. But its the adress that I register the account. 

Also i moved from the adress when I registered the account and I cant change the that to the new one that im living now.

Why is so complicate to add a family member or change the adress when we move?

At Help area from the site says that to change the adress its necessary make another accout. WHAT? and lose all my playlists and stuffs? This is a ridiculous solution. 

Please, i'm waiting some solution.

Currently, it's not possible to verify or edit the address that was registered when you subscribed to Premium for Family.

 

Don't worry, our Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
