Charged full Premium but I am a student

Hello, I was charged 10.09 today and I should be being charged 5$ for student premium. It says I have full premium. This is an error. I am still a student (no reason why I wouldnt be...). Please help, I am trying to reach out to Spotify and would like this addressed.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your subscription. 

 

It sounds like you didn't successfully sign up for the student discount, or the discount might have expired. The latter occurs after 12 months. 

 

No worries though, to renew the discount, just sign up here.
