Charged twice Student account

Charged twice Student account

Hello

I had an user free account but then I decided to buy the student account.

When I was creating the account I was charged twice:

First when I start the sign up (before user was verified) and  the second when I was verified as a valid student.

 

 

I only received 1 recepit but I have 2 numbers of transactions with my bank.

 

What can I do?

Hello @andresba and welcome to the community! 

 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

Hi Kate, I understand that it is a temporary charge but my payment method was with a credit card that automatically debits from my debit account. So I had already paid both transactions.
