My Question or Issue

 I've signed for Student's account (verified 2 months ago, i've sent the papers and all and they confirmed) But they're still charging me for regular premium account. I can't speak with anyone there and this is completely disrespectful. If my problem don't get solved, I'll leave the company i've been a premium member for 2 years.

Did you receive an e-mail from Spotify with the receipt of the purchase? (I mean, the Student one).

 

Could you please double check your account through this link and see if the receipts are correct?
