My card is no longer being accepted


Hello, I am a spotify student user. I just started getting a notification that spotify cant charge me and that I need to change my payment info. I only have one card and I absolutely have enough money on it. The card has gone through no problem every other month. I tried to re-enter the information but it still isnt working. And since it is spotify student, paypal is still not enabled. I have tried using a different browser, incognito mode, and a different network entirely. Why is my card no longer being accepted?

Hey @tylercase_,

please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.




Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
