Premium for Students

Hello, so my student subscription has ended and I am trying to renew it but when I attempt to do so it tells me I'm not eligible for it. I don't understand if I've only had the student discount for 1 year and I'm still enrolled and attending my university. I tried  contacting SheerID since Spotify is partnered with them for student verification but I got no help. When I went through the verification process the first time I was asked for my student email but not this time so I'm not sure how to verify myself at this point.

Please check out this info page on the Premium for Students plan and scroll down to the help section.

It contains all the info needed to solve the issue you're having or at least provide an explaination on why it states that you're not eligable.
