My Question or Issue
Hello, I have a Student Premium account. It had expired after June 14th and I renewed it on July 12th, however, I was stilled charged $9.99 on July 14th (my new cycle) although it even states that my account was renewed as a student account and that I should be charged $4.99. Is it possible to refund that $5 or omit the payment for August 14th to balance the account?

Please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the support. With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
