Hi so i went to try and get the student disscount and it not only refuses to verify im a student regardless of what proof i send in  but it took money from my car anyways leaving nothing but 10 dollars and id like to know one why it wont work and also would like my money refunded as i still dont have spotify preium

Since your student details weren't verified, the payment you see on your card should show as pending. This just means that the funds were placed on hold and will go back to your account soon.

If you're not being verified, we suggest contacting the folks at SheerID. They'll be able to give you all the info on the verification process and how to get it rolling.
