AAAARGH, REMOVE THIS GRAPHIC!!!

AAAARGH, REMOVE THIS GRAPHIC!!!

First you drive users nuts by constantly messing with the app, and now you're trying to make this message board as unpleasant to use as possible? Will you guys stop at nothing? For God's sake, stop this graphic from appearing in EVERY thread and covering posts I'm trying to read!!! This graphic seems to refer to Help articles, not to posts. And even if you've clicked YES, this thing will keep appearing in the same thread over and over again, every few seconds.

Hello @datsunlaurel

I understand your frustration and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by this graphic. The user experience is very important to Spotify, and your feedback helps them identify necessary improvements, and this pop-up is intended for that.

Cheers, ribezaz. 💚🎶

That's why I would understand if this pop-up would appear under Help articles, albeit it should be possible to position it so that it doesn't cover the text we want to read, preferably simply under the article and not as a pop-up. And the pop-up appearing in every thread started by users makes as much sense as your reply, which only adds to my frustration. Threads are user-created, not Spotify-created, so there is nothing Spotify could improve about them. If you really care about user experience, please re-position this pop-up and remove it from message board threads.

Hey, @datsunlaurel

You can suggest your idea here, on the ideas board, so the Spotify Team can check whether implementing your idea is possible!

Suggesting this as an idea is just bonkers. It's an obvious obstruction, I provided a screenshot. But apparently I'm expecting too much common sense here. Thanks anyway.

By the way, this pop-up does NOT appear in this thread, nor in other threads on this message board (Social&Random).
