BTS new advertisement way too loud and low quality

Hi y'all,

I don't mind listen to advertisement at all, because sometime you may get to know the other music genre that you don't usually listen to (although but sometime I also think if I should subscribe to premium lol)

But the point is, BTS new advertisement is too loud, way louder than other songs and ads. I don't have any other problem with songs and ads since I use Spotify.  The quality is too low I can barely hear what they say.  It's doesn't interest me to listen BTS and I just don't like them now because of the ad.

I tried to set the volume level but apparently it is not working.

Does anyone have the same problem? Yes I know but don't ask me to subscribe premium to fix this problem, I will subscribe when I want.

I think Spotify should improve this ad.
