Best (manual) playlist organizer for Mac (or Web)?

Hello everyone,

I have many years of playlists to clean up and reorganize into folders. Doing this in the Spotify client is really tedious. Any recommendation for a good free manual playlist organizer, either on MacOS or on the web? Nothing fancy, just something that works well for folder creation, allows you to view the hierarchy of folders, drag & drop of playlists from one folder to the other etc.
