Don't mark features on here as "implemented" if they aren't

There's many posts on here for things I either want to request or see if it's possible, I'll find a post that is exactly it, it'll have a comment marking it as "implemented", but when I check on desktop or even iOS it isn't. Also some are only on mobile and not desktop even though it just generically says "implemented". Comments on the post from other users will even call this out (thankfully). This is super frustrating, like what's the point of having this or having users add ideas if it isn't used properly?
