Free Spotify stops working in windows & Iphone ( Not used at same time)

Hi,  

When I start playing music I can listen the commercials normally and listen some music (about 5-30 min) after the app just stops working. Music stops ( the app seems to reboot it self)  and if I press play the song always starts from the beginning and stops to the same spot.  I can change the play list and sometimes hear a start of a new song there but it cuts it off again. 

-> This is how it end 100% times i try to listen spotify now days.

-> It works again couple hours later or the next day.

The same thing is happening when I´m using spotify in a computer. 

(I have had this issue for awhile now and I have deleted the app, tested my internet connection, logged out/in, etc. I'am not trying to use these 2 at the same time)
