How can I know WHEN a person followed me?

Due to personal reasons it would be of great help to know the date one of my followers started doing so.

I've seen that they (the followers) appear randomly on the list, isn't there any way to arrange them chronologically?

I agree! I wish that we could get a notification or email every time someone follows us.
