How can i delete downloaded music in another device

I downloaded and maxed out the download folder for 30 songs, but now that i am using a new phone. I can't remove the songs from old device and the spotify shows that it I should remove the download songs from another device before listening offline songs in this device. I have opted out various methods shown like clear storage and uninstall, etc. But still the issue is the same

same problem - replaced my PC and my old PC is not convenient to delete the old downloads - currently using 4 devices OK with the 5th not available

same issue, new phone and removed all content from old phone and old tablet but still not able to download any music. Spotify please help!
