How to get saves on playlists

I've been on spotify since 2021 my partner since 23/24 between us over 300 playlists and still playlists from 2021 still have no saves and it's like that for most. I've done everything I was supposed to to get noticed, great graphics, clear genre style in the titles and repeated description and more in the description box. I don't know why we're not getting hits but we've spent thousands of house for nothing while other people with shitty playlists and music and they get hundreds or thousands of saves, I feel like giving up!
