A big shout out of love and gratitude. You guys do an awesome job.

Sure spotify has some bugs but those small annoyances are no match for the joy I recieved from having music at my fingertips.

Music heals my soul and creates a springboard into inspired creativity. 

I joined at the end of 2022 in North America 

Still raving about Spotify in 2024

(I was with amazon music unlimited before Spotify. They are an example of "how to drive away your customers"... They lost, i found Spotify)

I feel the same way, and your expression of gratitude is refreshing and appreciated. I think customers have the right to express themselves either in frustration or appreciation, and since it’s transactional and people feel protective over their time and money, the latter is uncommon. Acknowledgment of the good things someone does for you could make their day, and that’s a tangibly good deed.
