No me deja tener el plan premium gratis de tres meses

Hola soy nuevo en Spotify y cuando pongo la tarjeta para poner el plan de Spotify premium gratis durante tres meses no me deja me dice ya obtuviste este plan

Hope you don’t mind me replying in English. Keep in mind that the Premium trials like the one you described, are only available for those who have not tried Premium in the past. If you have tried Premium before, or are already on a Premium subscription, then you’re ineligible for this offer.

If that is not the case for you, please try subscribing to Premium here using a different browser or private window. If that still doesn’t work, can you let me know if you’ve used your payment method with any of Spotify’s services in the past?
