Playlist: Option to individually sort songs

I used to sort songs individually in a selected playlist  but now I can't. All I had to do was press: Edit Playlist, and three horizontal lines appear in each song for me to drag and sort for my personal preference.

Now the Edit Playlist seems to be replaced to Sort Playlist with limited options, although it has the Custom option I cant seem to sort it how I used to---It just stays how it is with the sorted songs from the old option. NGL, it sucks especially with my mild OCD and I cant help it. Im at unease when I try to jam with my playlist with my recently added songs not at its right place for me to sort, they stick out like a sore thumb.

Im unsure if its because its a new version, but can anyone tell me how I could individually arrange songs how I used to?
