Running ads for a Personal Playlist to increase streams

I created my own personal playlist that I promoted via Instagram ads. This playlist features artists who are my clients so I have access to all of their Spotify for artists accounts. In the first month, my playlist grew by over 1k followers and streams for my artists were steadily increasing daily organically as well as through the ads. Now, my playlist is still gaining followers through the ads I’m running, however the playlist no longer appears on my clients’ Spotify For Artists accounts. Plus, none of the featured songs are gaining streams.Could it be that my playlist was somehow flagged and that Spotify is no longer counting its plays even though I did nothing wrong? How can I find out and correct it?
