Spotify API - How to play a specific part of a song

I was looking out how to play a specific part of a song with Spotify API, for example just like Instagram does, but I didn't found a way for it. 

Please, how can I do that?

Perhaps this can help: https://developer.spotify.com/console/put-seek/

I suppose that you would need to first find a track, then start playing it and then use this put-seek to jump to a particular place in the song.
