What is the best music mobile system?

I am going on holiday but the accommodation does not have any internet.

I am looking to buy Spotify Premium and make a playlist because this doesn't need internet for playback. I need a music system that allows me to have the spotify App 0n it and have speakers so that I can play the music on my holidays.

Is there such an item?
