Why is the "made for" playlist saved by other users?

I don’t mean I don’t want to share the playlist, just a small question. I’m curious about how it works.

Then, when I listen to a certain official playlist, the playlist might be made for an other certain user?

i predict “made for” playlists are made by AI or something. If so, many official playlists are made for someone according to someone’s interest and those playlists are shared to other users.

I don't know why a playlist that other people are saving is said to be "made for" me, but it clearly shouldn't be. By definition, if something is made for me, it's unique to me and can't be accessed by others unless I share it.

I just checked a made for me playlist with from my account against the same playlist I viewed without logging in. There it says "made by Spotify" and while most songs are common, in my version it also includes some songs that I have listened to before. So my conclusion is that these "made for X" playlists are variations of the generic ones. The save by X number should be coming from everyone who saved their own modified versions.
