The 24 hour stats data is absolutely critical. Why on earth did Spotify go out of their way to remove this?!

That would make no sense. It must be a bug which is soon fixed.

As you can see from the above conversation with their chat bot, there is a total and callous disregard here for the independent artist.

I'm really getting tired of talking to machines everywhere (that pretend to be human) that can only repeat FAQ responses. But I'm sure it's dirt cheap.

Why Spotify would *go out of their way* to remove the 24 hour stats feature makes zero sense, and is yet another sly move to kneecap indie artists who need 24 hour data to evaluate legitimate marketing efforts. Established artists have the luxury of gatekeepers and algorithms pushing their music. We don't. First summarily punishing artists with strikes/bans who have been sabotaged by unsolicited fake playlists and now this. 

We need to make as much noise about this as possible. Post on reddits, socials, etc. Get influencers involved.
