400 response for playlist creation

My Question or Issue

So when doing a post call to create a playlist, I received a 400 error. However I have the token set up correctly for the user, and I have the correct fetch

'https://api.spotify.com/v1/users/' + userId + '/playlists'. What could be the issue?

Please provide more code. Only that error code and that endpoint you are using is not enough information. (Also, remove the client_secret if you're posting code online.)
