My Question or Issue
When I'm using Spotify Web API (Get the User's Currently Playing Track) to get response, it always returns "User not approved for app". I have already added the account that I used for the test, but still not working.

We discovered a bug related to adding users which has now been fixed. Can you confirm if it works as intended now?
Note: There is a 5 minute delay, so if you're adding new users it can take up to 5 minutes before the changes take effect.
