API for downloading user playlists returns incomplete list

I regularly download a list of all my personal favorite tracks, albums, and playlists. Recently, for a month or so, all playlists with an ID starting with 37i9dQZF are missing, in my case nearly 200.

Please fix this.

Due to changes, algorithmic and Spotify-owned editorial playlists can not be accepted through the Spotify Web API anymore. For more information, look at this page.

So how do I download those playlists?

The reason I need those playlists is the interface of Spotify is awful, so I am using my own interface.

The clarify: I don't need the actual playlists, just a list of what playlists I am following. That list is now incomplete.
