API for uploading custom music to Spotify

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to build an app where users can submit their own music/artwork to Spotify (avoiding middleman companies like CDBaby) and then this music would be available to all Spotify users.

Does API exist so this can be done from mobile devices or other means? I read the documentation but could not find anything

Spotify works with a number of labels and distributors to make sure all rights and licenses are all taken care of. There's more information about that here: https://artists.spotify.com/guide/your-music. I'm afraid there's no (public) API for this available at the moment.
