My Question or Issue

I am creating a little app that will automatically start a certain Podcast show, and will play the newest podcast episode. However, the formula:

 "context_uri": "spotify:show:1WwzGln9C49JZEqZemo9X3?si=bfd7788c1734424b"

always starts the oldest one.

I tried it by setting the Position parameter to 0, but it got me the oldest one, as it probably counting from the oldest one upwards.

So there's no way to get the newest one by using the Position parameter.

I tried to change the order in Spotify app first, and set it to Oldest to Newest, but API call didn't get bothered by this. It kept fetching the oldest one always..

Can anyone help me with this please?

Thanks in advance

Hey @zoltankiss, help's here!

Hmm, let's have a look. Could you try to leave the offset and position parameter out altogether? Let me know how you get on!

All the best,
