Am I allowed to publish my podcast page with development mode for Spotify

I have a podcast page on my website. I have Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts on my page. Now I want to publish my website.

Recently, I submitted the quota extension request. However, I got rejected. I just want to know if I am allowed to publish my page without the Spotify extension request?

You can embed podcasts without the need of an app/developer account.

The quota extinction is probably reject, because mixing content from Spotify with content from other services is prohibited. (source)

Thanks for your reply. I am not embedding, I am using the web API and retrieve the show data and display it on my page. Like the Red Rectangle below.
