[Android] App Remote volume control "IllegalArgumentException"

Device: Several Android devices
Operating System: Android 10/11/12
Spotify App Remote Version: Release 0.7.2
Spotify App Version: 8.7.74.443, 8.7.76.359

My Issue:
We can not control the Volume anymore since the update 8.7.74.443 trough the Spotify App Remote SDK, we included in our application. We could, and still can control it with the old Spotify App Version. We pass the volume clamped between 0.0 and 1.0, this is correctly sent, but we get an IllegalArgumentException in return.

The other controls are working fine. 

Does anybody have the same issue, or know whats changed so we can fix it?

I have the same problem with latest version:  8.7.82.94...

Morover PlayerState rerurned in Spotify App Remote SDK does not have proper values regarding shuffle and repeat mode.

It worked in older versions.

Any workaround?
