Solved!

App has playlist-read-private scope, but private playlists aren't returned.

My recently approved app has playlist-read-private scope, but it when calling me/playlists private playlists aren't returned.  Changing them to public allows them to be returned from that endpoint.

If I try to retrieve the playlist by id, I can.  But the authorization guide doesn't state playlist-read-private applies to retrieving individual playlists, so maybe it relates to this issue.  Otherwise, is this a bug, design decision, or maybe a query string parameter that I missed?

Hey @TheDDtMM,

Different access tokens can have different scopes. Have you double checked that the playlist-read-private scope was included in the authorization URI when the access token was issued?
