App status "Disabled and blocked" on two developer projects

Hello Spotify Developer Team,

I have two developer apps that show "Disabled and blocked" status in my dashboard. I have not attempted to access any restricted/revoked data, and am fully compliant with Spotify's usage policy. Both projects are strictly for personal, educational, and developer experimentation purposes.

Could you please clarify the reason for the block and advise how I can reactivate these apps? I can provide additional details privately if needed.
