App turned to JUNK

Last 3 days I can’t play my downloads offline. When I press a downloaded album I get a pop up that says I’m offline go to settings. Only way I can play is to go online. What the **bleep** is the purpose of downloading to an app that won’t play them? I’ve been doing this for over 6 years I’m not incompetent. This app is not functioning and Spotify support is completely non existent. Do I just stop paying for this?

I’m on iPhone 8, iOS 16.2, in Texas

How many days have you been offline consecutively? You need to go online at least once every 30 days to keep your downloads.

That’s not an issue, and I have updated to newest app version, and cleared cache.

it worked fine for years and years and now I cannot play downloads at all. As soon as I press one it disappears and the pop up telling me I’m offline comes on. Duh of course I’m offline that’s the point of being able to play your downloads offline.
