Are only users who have been added to user management able to test my App? How can I allow users to

Our App has been released. However, we wish to integrate a free music feature and therefore we are looking to incorporate Spotify.

For the convenience of our customers during testing, we cannot always add them to the dashboard, as this would create many accounts and communication with customers would be inconvenient.

I would like to know if, by applying for an extension request or some other method, we can allow them to test without having to add users?
