Audiobooks API for new markets

On 15th April, Spotify has expanded its market to Germany and some other countries as well, but until today the account with country registered in Germany can't access Spotify Audiobooks API. 

Any requests will return with

    "status": 404,
    "message": "Resource not found"
  }
}

Any idea when the Spotify Audiobooks API is accessible in the new expanded markets?
